Unfortunately the work that was done this morning has not yielded any results. We are trying to get a 20 year phone system to work with parts from the used market.

We are in the process of an emergency procurement of a new system for the building. More details on timing will be available as the day unfolds. At this time it is looking like installation of that system will be over the weekend.

Until the new system is procured, delivered, configured and installed the problems that are ongoing with the AGS-01 phone system will continue. This includes a loud clicking and "fuzzy" sound on the line for a number of people. At times lines are not accessible for incoming and outgoing calls causing those people to completely be disconnected from outside calls.
