The payment gateway vendor has contacted us again to say the problem has been resolved.

Our eSIS payment gateway vendor is experiencing intermittent issues with their NetPay websites. Their IT team is working diligently to address the issues. DoTS will continue to receive and report updates on their resolution efforts.
