"Begin challenging your own assumptions. Your assumptions are your windows on the world. Scrub them off every once in awhile, or the light won't come in." --Alan Alda

A slushy, wet start to Leap Day

Trekking across campus is a little more slushy today than expected. The winter storm that was forecast to hit, bringing the first substantial snowfall of the season, petered out bringing with it much lighter snow than was predicted and more rainfall leaving standing puddles in its wake. The National Weather Service is still calling for more snow today with an accumulation of 2 to 4 inches. Photo by Kathy M.
