Now you know
"If you’re interested in earning a Wisconsin cheese maker’s
license
through coursework and apprenticeship -- and, honestly, who among us
isn’t, on some level?-- you’ll want to head out to UWRF in January and
February to take online Sanitation for Farmstead Dairies, and Producing
Safe Dairy Products.
If small-scale or farmstead
dairying is of interest, these courses will have a lot to offer..."
-- Dec. 3 blog by James Norton. UWRF is also mentioned in his
book, "The Master Cheesemakers of Wisconsin,"
by Becca Dilley and James Norton.
