Monday, Jan. 28, 2008 Now you know Ryan Stridde, a UWRF senior health and human performance major and a residence hall assistant on campus, will assist NFL Films on Sunday as it records the Super Bowl in Arizona.     Stridde worked with NFL Films while it was on campus this summer filming a segment on the Kansas City Chiefs Summer Training Camp for HBO’s “Hard Knocks” series and continued to offer services to NFL Films throughout the football season.             The Super Bowl opportunity came as a surprise at his home in Franklin on Thanksgiving. After the family dinner gathering, Stridde checked his e-mail.
