Women's track hurdles

THE RACE IS ON, BUT THERE ARE STILL HURDLES TO CLEAR!
There are still important steps to take and this is no time to stumble or falter.
The university and the self-study team needs your involvement and help.

We realize that you are all involved in a race of your own, as you are preparing for the start of a new academic year.  But it is essential that you take time to check the accuracy and completeness of the third draft of the institutional self-study.  The final report will go to the printers and the HLC visiting team at the end of the semester.  This will be your last opportunity to correct and comment on the report before it is finalized.
The self-study draft can be found at http://www.uwrf.edu/nca/Draft3.htm

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Read the report and submit comments by September 25, 2007.
1) Search each of the chapters for your department or unit to see if what we say is accurate. Provide corrections or additions.
2) If you don't find your unit, provide us with information that we might include and indicate where it might fit. Provide additional examples—particularly of recent activities and accomplishments that we might have missed.
3) If you can provide any of the missing information, please send it as soon as possible.
4) Provide photos.  In some places we have started to provide samples of photos.  Please make suggestions for other photos.  If you or your department has any photos that are not in the photo archives, please send them with appropriate identification and a suggestion of where it might appear in the report.
If you can't read the entire report, you can still help us move this process forward by looking at a portion of the report.

Comments and questions can be submitted on the submission form or by sending them directly to Gorden Hedahl at gorden.o.hedahl@uwrf.edu

Faculty Development Workshop

Plan to attend the Faculty Development Days workshop: "The HLC Is Coming! Are You Ready?" on Tuesday, August 28th at 1:30 p.m.  Learn what you and your department should be doing to prepare for the reaccreditation visit.
