Early time entry and approval June 15   
There is an early time and absence deadline for student employees, LTEs and classified permanent staff. Time and/or absences for hours worked from May 31-June 13 must be approved by 10 a.m. Monday, June 15. If time is not entered and approved by 10 a.m. June 15, the employee will not be paid. Campus construction projects
To assist with campus traffic and event planning, Facilities Management will be posting bi-weekly updates on summer construction projects at  https://www.uwrf.edu/Facilities/ProjectUpdates.cfm. For more information, call Facilities Management at 3827.

Faculty Senate meeting Wednesday

Classified Staff Advisory Council meeting Thursday
The Classified Staff Advisory Council will meet on Thursday, June 11, at 1:30 p.m. in the Alumni Room, South Hall, to review and vote on the local policy for voluntary reassignment of FLSA-exempt employees to Academic Staff positions. Surplus Property Sale, Friday, June 12, 9 a.m.-noon, Rodli Hall. Please enter through the loading dock entrance on the west side of the building. Sale items include bicycles, iMacs, CPUs, Mac Minis, desks, tables, chairs, a couch, filing cabinets, bookshelves, cabinets, etc. Pictures of items available can  be viewed on the “UW-River Falls Surplus” Facebook page.
