Announcements

Attention commencement marchers
If you are marching at commencement on Saturday, Dec. 13, please plan to arrive at Hunt Arena by 1:15 p.m. Commencement begins at 2 p.m. If you have received your 25-years-of-service recognition medallion, please wear it with your regalia. We have almost 400 students marching, so be aware there will be limited parking at Ramer Field and the area will be congested. Thank you for celebrating with our graduates.

Return keys before leaving campus
As the end of the semester approaches, faculty/staff with expiring contracts need to return UWRF keys to Facilities Management, 102 MCS. If there is a possibility that a new contract will be assigned spring or again next fall, we can hold the keys for reassignment. Student workers graduating or not employed next semester need to return keys. It is the employing departments responsibility to recover keys before employee departs from campus. The Building Access Policy can be found at https://www.uwrf.edu/Administration/Policy/Facilities/upload/AP-04-101-BUILDING-ACCESS.pdf . If you have any questions, contact Facilities Management at 3827.
