Signature image for emails

Placing the university wordmark image below your signature within your email correspondence helps promote UWRF and our Strategic Plan. To add the image (found below), please follow these directions closely:  When using the Outlook Email Client on a PC, you must right click, copy, then open a new message, click signature and paste the image into the signature text. On a Mac, drag the image to your desktop, then open a new message, click "signatures," then "edit signatures," and drag the image into place.

You must have the Outlook Client installed to place an image into your signature. The Web-based OWA does not provide this option, but results in an error message stating the text is "too long." If you do not have the Client version of Outlook and would like it installed within MS Office 2010/2011, make your request to [log in to unmask] or call 3687. Outlook 2010/2011 is not supported by DoTS on non-university computers, but is available for discounted purchase at Wisconsin Integrated Software Catalog and should work.
