Club officers, Advisor Bill Anderson, and three Brazilian students/chefs conspired to keep it a secret until the meeting. When club members arrived expecting the usual picnic with hot dogs, they were surprised with a Brazilian inspired menu, including marinated grilled chicken, New York Strip steak, garden-fresh green salads and Brazilian rice, Farofa of Cassava, and Brigadeiro's for dessert. Many of the Brazilian students currently on campus are interested in agronomy and have been active in the club. Submitted photo.
