Registration begins today for transfer students

Reminder: data center shutdown is tomorrow evening
The Division of Technology Services will be performing required maintenance in a complete data center shutdown in which most technology services will be unavailable from 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, through 7 a.m. Thursday, June 5. The shutdown will affect all on-campus and off-campus technology services. Services affected include residence hall wireless, residence hall television, email, computer logins, eSIS, FalconShare, Desire2Learn, campus wireless, printing, and any service which relies on our network. This outage also impacts access of any services provided by the university from off-campus including the Hudson Center, Mann Valley Farm, Campus Farm, Kao International House, Center for Innovative Business Development and University Police squads. Before leaving on Wednesday, please save any open files and shut down all equipment.

June is safety month 

Week One – June 2-8, Preventing Prescription Drug Abuse:

Prescription painkiller abuse is a rising epidemic and greatly impacts the workplace. Many signs and symptoms of painkiller abuse come on gradually and can be difficult to spot. Drug overdose death rates in the United States have more than tripled since 1990 and have never been higher. In 2008, more than 36,000 people died from drug overdoses, and most of these deaths were caused by prescription drugs.
