Announcements

Summer hours begin May 19
UWRF will again authorize flexible hours during the summer. Summer hours will begin Monday, May 19, and continue through Friday, Aug. 22. Employees, with supervisor approval, can work any eight hours between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The scheduling of personnel (faculty, staff and student) assigned to each office will be left to the immediate supervisor’s discretion. For example, the supervisor may want to rotate his/her staff on a biweekly basis between the 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. shift (with a 30-minute lunch) and the 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m. shift. This would result in employee “A” working the first biweekly period on the 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. shift (with a 30-minute lunch) and the next biweekly period on the 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m. shift. We will continue the policy requiring that offices that serve the general public to be open during the hours of 7:45 a.m.-4:30 p.m. For more information, email [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> or call 3502.
