The ECOS student club acted in concert with a global movement for Global Divestment Day with a flash mob demonstration Friday in the UC. The ECOS activism places UWRF in communication with global studies and global communities working for social and environmental justice. On Global Divestment Day more than 450 events in 60 countries declared it's wrong to wreck the climate and it's wrong to profit from wrecking it. More information on Global Divestment can be found at http://gofossilfree.org/wrap-up/. For more information about the UWRF ECOS club, email club president [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>. Submitted photo.
