On the 1st of November
2013 the tenured, voting,
faculty of the Department
of Sociology,
Anthropology, and
Criminal Justice will
hold a retention meeting
at 11.00am for Dr.
Forrest Rodgers. This
meeting is called under
the provisions of §19.85,
Wisconsin Statutes, the
Open Meeting Law, and
Section 4.3.1.2. Unless
an appropriate open
meeting request has been
made in advance of the
meeting, the meeting will
go into closed session
according to Wisconsin
Statute §19.85 (1)(c).
Dr. Rodgers may request
that this meeting be held
in open session per
Wisconsin Statute §1985
(1)(b).
