announcement: The Affirmative Action Advisory Committee is meeting Tuesday, March 3, 9:30-10:30 in 114 North Hall.  The agenda is as follows:

1.	Approve minutes of October 30th meeting
2.	Approve the agenda
3.	Reports (Jennifer)
•	Meeting with All Chairs Monthly Meeting, 11-30-14
•	Recruitment materials made available through Provost’s office

4.	Discussion and decisions:  Meeting with Provost
•	Possibility of offering suggestions to departments about including language about diversity/ inclusivity in retention/recruitment documents
•	Process for reviewing department Retention/Promotion Documents for current inclusion of diversity/inclusivity language.  

5.	Schedule next meetings.
