The TENURE DECISION meeting for 
Dr. Juan Carlos Chaves of the 
Modern Language Department has 
been scheduled for Wednesday, 
January 30, 2013 4:00 p.m. in KFA 
284.  The meeting will be called 
under the provisions of 19.85, 
Wisconsin Statutes, the Open 
Meeting Law, and Section 3.1.12. 
Unless an appropriate open 
meeting request has been made, 
the meeting may go into closed 
session per WIsconsin Statutes 
19.85 (1)(c).  Dr. Chaves may 
request this meeting be held in 
open session per Wisconsin 
Statutes 19.85(1)(b).
