156 Centennial Science 
Hall. Unless an 
appropriate open meeting 
request has been made, 
the meeting will be 
called under the 
provisions of Wisconsin 
Statues §.19.85 (1) (c), 
the Open Meeting Law, 
and Section 3.1.12. The 
meeting may recess into 
closed session per 
Wisconsin Statues 
§.19.85 (1) (c). Dr. 
Ayres may request this 
meeting be held in open 
session per Wisconsin
