North Hall 205 to 
discuss and vote on the 
renewal of Dr. Arun 
Chatterjee’s contract 
for 2016-17 and his 
TENURE. The meeting 
will be called under 
the provisions of 
§19.85, Wisconsin 
Statues, the Open 
Meeting Law, and 
Section 3.1.12. Unless 
an appropriate open 
meeting request is 
made, the meeting may 
go into closed session 
per Wisconsin Statutes 
§19.85(1)(c). Dr. 
Chatterjee may request 
that this meeting be 
held in open session 
per Wisconsin Statutes 
§19.85(1)(b).
