The meeting will be

provisions of §19.85,
Wisconsin Statues, the
Open Meeting Law, and
Section 3.1.12 of the
Faculty Handbook. Unless
an appropriate open
meeting request has been
made, the meeting may go
into closed session per
Wisconsin Statutes §19.85
(1)(c). Dr. Seunarine may 
request this meeting be held in open
session per Wisconsin
Statutes §19.85(1)(b).
