The retention meeting for Erik 
Johnson  of the Communication 
Studies Theatre Arts 
Department has been scheduled 
for Wednesday, January 29, 
2014 in  KFA 119. The meeting 
will be called under the 
provisions of §19.85, Wisconsin 
Statues, the Open Meeting Law, 
and Section 3.1.12 of the 
Faculty Handbook. Unless an 
appropriate open meeting 
request has been made, the 
meeting may go into closed 
session per Wisconsin Statutes 
§19.85 (1)(c). Erik Johnson may 
request this meeting be held in 
open session per Wisconsin 
Statutes §19.85(1)(b).
