meeting will be called 
under the provisions of

Handbook. Unless an 
appropriate open meeting 
request has been made, 
the meeting may recess 
into closed session per 
Wisconsin Statutes 
§.19.85 (1) (c). Dr. 
Cortright may request 
this meeting be held in 
open session per
