The retention decision
meeting for Dr. Stacey
Stoffregen of the
Chemistry Department has
been set for Friday,
February 1, 2013, 2:00pm
in CSH 173.  The meeting
will be called under
provisions of 19.85,
Wisconsin Statutes, the
Open Meeting Law, and
Section 3.1.12.  Unless
an appropriate open
meeting request has been
made, the meeting may go
into closed session per
Wisconsin Statutes 19.85
(1)(c).  Dr. Stoffregen
may request this meeting
be held in open session
per Wisconsin Statutes
19.85(1)(b).
