called under the 
provisions of s.19.85, 
Wisconsin Statues, the 
Open Meeting Law, and 
Section 3.1.12. The 
meeting may go into 
closed session per 
Wisconsin Statues 
s.19.85 (1) (c). Dr. 
Ahrendt may request this 
meeting be held in open 
session per Wisconsin 
Statues 19.85(1)(b).
