announcement: The Affirmative Action Advisory Committee will meet in room 209, WEB, Thursday, March 10th, 11:00-12:00.  The agenda follows:
1.	Approve minutes of December 16th meeting
2.	Approve the agenda
3.	Update on status of future mentoring program for newly hired faculty.
4.	Report on dispersing of information on institutionalizing values of diversity/inclusivity.
a.	presentation at CEPS January meeting
b.	emailed to all members of Provost’s Council (Deans/Directors/Chairs)
5. 	Agree on next steps in promoting use of above documents in department R & P processes.
6.	Discussion of next steps.
