The following students 
will be attending the 
Food Microbiology 
Symposium from Sunday 
Oct 6th at 6pm until 
Tuesday Oct 8th at 5 pm 
at St. Cloud State 
University. The students 
will also require 2 
hours for transportation 
from campus to St. Cloud 
before and after the 
symposium. This is a 
requirement for the FDSC 
335 course this 
semester, and a 
wonderful opportunity 
for our students. The 
group will leave campus 
at 3 PM 10/6 and return 
around 7 PM 10/8. Your 
professional 
consideration in
