appropriate open meeting 
request has been made, 
the meeting may go into 
closed session per 
Wisconsin Statutes 
§19.85 (1)(c). Rich 
Wallace may request this 
meeting be held in open 
session per Wisconsin 
Statutes §19.85(1)(b).
