Science Hall. The 
meeting will be called 
under the provisions of 
Wisconsin Statutes 
§19.85, the Open Meeting 
Law, and Section 3.1.12 
of the Faculty Handbook. 
Unless an appropriate 
open meeting request has 
been made, the meeting 
may recess into closed 
session per Wisconsin 
Statutes §19.85 (1)(c). 
Dr. Cortright may 
request this meeting be 
held in open session per 
Wisconsin Statutes 
§19.85 (1)(b).
