Academic Rationale for Absence: PED 201‐ Outdoor Education: Summer Concepts and Skills focuses on providing students with skills and experiences for their own personal health and wellness in addition to equipping them to teach these skills and provide these experiences to future students and clients. This experience is a central aspect of this course.
