Final day for CRSCA materials; check entries for accuracy
Today is the last day to get materials (books, articles, posters, artwork, etc.) to the library for the Celebrating Research, Scholarship and Creative
Achievement (CRSCA) reception which is being held Tuesday, March 27th. This year marks the 10th anniversary of CRSCA, an annual event honoring the academic and creative output of UWRF faculty and staff. Clarke Garry, Biology Department emeritus, and artist
Gaylord Schanilec will be guest speakers. Garry and Schanilec authored and illustrated “Mayflies of the Driftless Region.” A draft of the CRSCA booklet is

2012 Pilot Summer Scholars Program
The 2012 Summer Scholars have been selected. The field was very competitive as many excellent proposals were submitted by UWRF students. The purpose of this program
is to foster collaborative faculty-student projects, to enhance student learning and promote the culture of research, scholarly, and creative activities at UWRF.

A free spectator bus is going to the NCAA quarterfinals women’s hockey game at Gustavus tomorrow, March 10. The bus will leave Karges Center at 10:30 a.m., travel to Preserve
Village Mall to pick up additional riders (arrive there at approximately 11:30 a.m.) and proceed to Patrick’s in St. Peter, Minn., for lunch and social time, and then go on to the 2 p.m. game. Sign-up sheets are available in the Athletics Complex (123 Hagestad
Hall) and at the Information Desk, UC. Come out and cheer on the Falcon women’s hockey team!
Spring Break is March 12-16. Falcon Daily takes a break, too. Next edition is Monday, March 19.

Division of Technology Services is starting the replacement process for the campus network file storage system. Please take this very short survey to
provide us with your input. The survey will take approximately five minutes to complete. Your responses will be used to assist Technology Services in the initial stages of selecting a new network file storage system that will replace FalconFile. The survey
will be available today through Monday, March 12.
