Phase two of UWRF marketing campaign underway
The second phase of the UWRF Integrated Marketing Campaign commenced two weeks ago with the first St.Paul Saints UW-River
Falls Success Saturday. Earlier this week, two new billboards promoting UWRF were posted in Wisconsin. The billboard above is located on Highway 63 in Baldwin and a billboard featuring Chancellor's Award recipient Kellie Claflin is visible on Highway 35 in
Somerset. Upcoming elements of this second phase include advertising along Interstate 94 in St. Paul and 30-second advertisements in regional movie theaters. Submitted photo.

Keith
Chavey named Academic Adviser of the Year
Keith Chavey, professor of Mathematics,
has been named the 2011 UW-River Falls Academic Adviser of the Year. The
Academic Adviser of the Year award was established in 2000 to recognize an outstanding faculty adviser with nominations by graduating seniors and alumni. Those nominations are then considered by the Faculty Senate Advising Committee, which makes the final
selection. Keith will be recognized at the campus-wide faculty and staff awards ceremony this fall. Please join us in congratulating Keith on this outstanding honor.

Reminder
of policy on driving non-licensed vehicles on campus
Everyone who drives or supervises someone who drives a non-licensed vehicle on campus is reminded that there is an administrative
policy on operation of this equipment. Please review the policy at
http://www.uwrf.edu/Administration/AdministrativePolicy057.cfm We have already received reports of people driving too fast or not yielding to pedestrians while operating. Please be aware of and adhere to the policy.

Foundation 2010-11 fiscal year-end procedures
The UWRF Foundation 2010-11 fiscal year ends on June 30. The following types of
requests have a deadline date of noon on Wednesday, June 15:
· Request for payment (RFP) from a Foundation account to a university account.
· Request for payment (RFP) from a Foundation account to an outside vendor.
· Request for transfer (RFT) from one Foundation account to another Foundation account.
