Faculty eager to advise incoming students
The First-Year Experience Office offers New
Student Registration daily through June 18. Each program welcomes
nearly 160 new students and 300 friends and family members to campus.
Each afternoon advisers meet with new students to discuss degree
programs, select classes and register

Board of Regents meeting
The June UW System Board of Regents meeting at UW-Milwaukee will
be Web cast today, June 10, from 9 a.m. to noon and 1-2 p.m. and
Friday, June 11, from 9 a.m. to noon at http://www.uwex.edu/ics/stream/regents/meetings/.

UW-River Falls Foundation fiscal year-end procedures
The UWRF Foundation 2009-10 fiscal year ends on June
30. The following types of requests have a deadline date of noon on
Friday, June 11.
· Request for payment (RFP) from a Foundation account to a University
account.
· Request for payment (RFP) from a Foundation account to an outside
vendor.
· Request for transfer (RFT) from one Foundation account to another
Foundation account.

The deadline date applies to any outstanding expenses you may need

Classified employment transfer opportunity for Facilities
Maintenance Specialist-Advanced (100 percent) (Pay Schedule 03, Pay
Range 13), Facilities Management, 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday - Friday,
annually. The application deadline is 4:30 p.m., Thursday, June 10.
