Veteran's Day marked by program
UWRF senior and veteran Bryan Bodrog spoke at the
annual Veteran's Day observance on campus yesterday. Bodrog, who served
in the Marine Corps and retired as a lance corporal due to injuries
received in Iraq in 2004 during Operation Phantom Fury, recounted his
story, a story shared by many soldiers in their sacrifice for our
freedom. Under heavy fire, Bodrog risked his life to save a fellow
soldier and in the process was hit with a RPG (Rocket Propelled
Grenade). He suffered nerve damage to the left side of his body and
walks with a cane, however that does not stop him from doing anything
physical, he said. For

Save money by using Google 411
Calling directory services from your office or cellular telephone is
expensive. You can save yourself and your department a significant
amount when looking for a business telephone number by using Google
411. Add the Google 411 service to your phone's contacts and call that
number instead of the regular 411 service. The call uses up minutes,
but you won't be charged the premium rates (sometimes as much as $2 per
call) for the service. Check it out at http://www.google.com/goog411/
