Focus The Nation

Panel discussion including Mayor Don Richards of the City of River
Falls; Jake Oelke, director of Energy Services for Wisconsin Public
Power, Inc; Brian Zelenak, Xcel Energy manager of Regulatory
Administration; and Mike Stifter, director of Facilities Management at

program for building student commitment to campus carbon neutrality.
